Who am I? I am a girl,
I am found in the zoo and in the wild too.
I have brown spots and then the rest of me is yellow. I have horns and a very long neck.
I am very tall. I like lots of different foods.
I have giraffe arms.

Construction Work

Last week we had a few days when we had to stay in at lunch time because of the rain. Some of the boys built a fantastic construction with Construct-a-Straws. They used a variety of 3D shapes to make their creation.

Maths Investigation

Before we went to the Art Gallery we had to write our own itinerary for the day to show to Mrs S. We had to include the time we had to be at school, the time train we were going to catch to and from the Art Gallery, when we would have morning tea and lunch, how long we would be in the art gallery and how much it would cost us. It was very challenging, but working with a partner helped. After making our itinerary we filled in our criteria sheets to see if we had included everything we needed.
